You don't need to be injured to see the benefits from sports therapy. Our sports therapists can help you move and feel better with sports massage or dry needling to relieve stress and tension, and optimise your recovery.
Our sports therapists differ from other therapists as they can utilise the floor space and professional equipment at Goals Gym to work with you on-site to ensure correct training technique and rehabilitation exercises.
